We went to Moab with our good friends the Lotts. We had a BLAST! We hiked, swam, and stayed up late playing games. We got a lot of remarks from passers by about how many kids we had. Thomas and I have 4 and the Lotts have 5. EVERYONE would stare and count as we went places. Seriously people, this is Utah. You should be used to "Large" families. We also had a fun encounter with a grumpy old man staying in the hotel a few doors down from us. The younger kids got in the elevator and pushed the door close button before any of the adults could reach it. They got off on the right floor (which was a miracle) and were evidently running up and down the very
LONG hallway. When the adults reached the floor, a man came out of his room, swearing and yelling at us, and telling us to keep our children under control. Sorry grumpy old man. Oh and thanks for teaching my children a new word. That was really helpful!
Do "old" people (no offense anyone) forget what it was like to have kids? Were their children always quite and perfectly behaved? GIVE ME A BREAK!

Really cool! Looks like a great time! I think we missed you guys by about one week:)..we didn't hit Goblin valley this time, but we were in the Moab area for 2 days then over to Swingarm City just South of Goblin valley for a couple days...love it down there. Great pics!
That looks like fun! We need to go there that that big sand hill looks awesome! I think that old people are like that sometimes too-they need to relax. I'm glad you didn't apologize for kids being kids!
I LOVE the way you tell grumpy people off! That's how I knew we'd be friends forever. :)
Moab is one of the greatest places on earth. Glad your kiddos had fun. We miss you!!!
Love much,
Nicole (and Kevin and Noah)
