Dinner Time!

I had a busy day yesterday and decided to prepare dinner ahead of time to make things run a little more smooth. I made that famous chicken and rice that needs to bake for 2 hours. I turned on the oven, set the timer, and was very proud of myself as I walked away from the kitchen having dinner all prepared ahead of schedule. Two hours later, the timer went off and I opened the oven to retrieve my casserole dish. To my surprise the oven was empty. I checked the counter thinking that perhaps one of my children had taken the dish out and by some miracle not burned themselves, but did not see it. I quickly checked the rest of the kitchen and found my casserole dish in the crisper drawer of the fridge right next to the bag of carrots. It's official. I am going CRAZY!!!
